# Task Classification

> Routing rules: classify the task, then load only the context that class requires.

These are the **only** task classes supported by this project. If a task does not fit, treat it as **`Unknown - requires confirmation`** and ask before proceeding.

## Bug Fix
Restore intended behavior without changing architecture.

> **Inconsistent or divergent existing rules are Bug Fixes, not new features.** If a validation/business rule already exists but differs across write paths (dashboard vs API vs MCP vs jobs/imports) or is only partially applied, classify the work as a Bug Fix that reconciles it — not Feature Development. Confirm existence by inspecting the code first (premise validation).

Add capability within existing architecture.
