# CODEX.md — Codex adapter for Numu Angels (thin router)

> Codex entry point. This is a **thin router** with **no** project knowledge — follow [`AGENTS.md`](AGENTS.md), the primary adapter. Architecture, business rules, and the mandatory workflow live in the **Engineering Platform**.

> The local folder is only a working copy — **`git pull` it before every task**, and **commit + push** any change you make inside it.

## Do this first
1. Read **[`AGENTS.md`](AGENTS.md)** and follow it exactly — locate the Engineering Platform (`../engineering-platform/`, `../numu-engineering-platform`, or `ENGINEERING_PLATFORM_PATH`), then load knowledge in its prescribed order.
2. Load the mandatory workflow before any task work: `` `<platform>/01-foundation/ai-workflow.md` `` (the 7-gate loop).
3. If the platform cannot be found, apply `AGENTS.md`'s failure behavior — **stop and request the location; never fall back to legacy `docs/ai/`.**

## Codex-specific notes (mechanics only — no project knowledge)
- Analyze the existing implementation before proposing a change, and reuse the canonical services/patterns — the specifics live in the platform's `engineering-principles` + the Numu Angels KB; do not restate them here.
- Report test results honestly (failing/skipped ≠ passing).

The Task-ID, impact-analysis, high-risk-approval, documentation-synchronization, and completion-report gates are defined **once** in `ai-workflow.md`. Do not duplicate them here.
